We offer three programs that facilitate stress reduction, sleep improvement, and mental focus. You can choose which program you want during a free assessment and demonstration of our program.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions normally last 45 to 60 minutes and begin with an bio-feedback assessment that measures your anxiety and stress level. All sessions begin with a conversation about what you are currently dealing with. During this time we monitor your stress level and then we begin the program. Improvements in stress levels are automatic.
This program allows your brain to change frequencies (see 4 different kinds of brain waves). The benefit of different frequencies allows the brain to adjust to daily stress, prepare your brain for optimum sleep, or promote mental focus.
